Our High-speed Vacuum Steaming Shapers (“VSS” hereinafter referred to as simply) are applicable to the textile industries those take natural fiber, the chemical fiber as raw materials. The prime purpose is to shape the continuous combined or twisted threads like chemical fiber, real silk, pashm, yarns, folded curtains, corrugated cloth, printed cloth etc. Namely, the threads can get their twists fixed and balanced without wringing or shrinking under the certain pressure and temperature in order to be easier for the next process step to work and promote the product quality. It is very important for the much more twisted threads to get steaming shaped.

The characteristics of our “VSS”: The equipment can be widely used, not only in damp heat shaping (sending the saturated steam inside directly), but also in dry heat shaping (the saturated steam is sent to the space between the jacket and its lining).
The door is easy to operate and convenient for loading or/and unloading the materials. It is also well airproofed and safe.
The mechanical character like physical strength and elongation of the shaped materials will be unacted on thus ensuring the product quality.

The Yarn Steaming tanker/Yarn Boiler is applicable to shape fiber like the sewing thread, silk, continuous yarn filament, cotton yarn, cashm, trademark silk, acrylics tow, printed wool tops and other fibers by the vacuum heat.

The Cloth Steaming Tanker is applicable to shape the corrugated cloth, colored umbrella cloth and the printed cloth, laciness, curtains, printed towels, soft nap cloth, and printed cashmere sweaters.
