The product can be used in weaving industry with the raw material of natural fiber, chem-fiber. The purpose is to shape the spinnable continuous silk thread after it is united and twisted so that it will not shrink and curve and becomes smooth and clean.

CBT-ZKX-I steaming shaper is also the ideal equipment for vacuum permeating in filature industry.

The equipment has a good many strongpoints like advanced structure, easy operation, good seal, safe use etc. It can shape the products both in damp heat and dry heat conditions. Inside it there is a trolley, water-ring vacuum pump, and drainage. The inner surface is covered with stainless steel antifouling sheet. The equipment is complete with a set of auto-controller.

The brick furniture has a series of products: CBT-ZZJ-1, CBT-ZZJ-2, CBT-ZZJ-3 and CBT-ZZJ-4.
The brick furniture uses cement and stone dust to make different size of bricks for walls, roads, slope protection, plaza, docks etc.
The brick furniture is made of superpower steel with latest design, and some imported parts. It is equipped with special hydraulic pressure machine to realize large outputs, automatic production. It is easy to operate and maintain this kind of serial system.
